General Troubleshooting

When you’re not receiving any new feeds wait 15 minutes and refresh your feed.

Log in to your online banking service and ensure there are no other messages or other screens that require attention.  Act by accepting and closing any screens. Reauthorise your login credentials in Sage Accounting.
