These are common errors that can be experienced on Bank Feeds.
Note: We do not recommend disconnecting the bank feed, as this may result in missing transactions.

If you’re not receiving any new feeds, they could be delayed. After 15 minutes you can refresh your bank feed to check for new transactions.
Log into your online banking service to confirm your password and security information is correct and that you’ve entered the same information in Sage Accounting.
Log in to your online banking service to check that there are no outstanding changes to the terms and conditions that you must accept, including outstanding messages.
Check that the details you have entered on the Manage Bank Feeds screen are now correct.
