Error code 411

Reason

The bank no longer supports this online service.

“Your bank no longer provides online bank feed services. Please deactivate this account from Sage Accounting by clicking on Banking…Transactions…Manage Bank Feeds and then click on Deactivate (Error 411).”

Solution

  • We cannot connect to this bank anymore. We recommend that you deactivate the bank feed.


Error code 412

Reason

There are temporary technical issues accessing your bank.

“Your internet banking site appears to be unavailable.  Confirm that you can access your internet banking site from the bank website and then try again (Error 412).”

Solution

  • Retry at a later time, after your bank's website has resumed normal operations.


Error code 413

Reason

There were temporary bank feed issues. This issue is typically resolved in a few days.

“Your request cannot be completed due to technical difficulties at your bank. Please try again later (Error 413).”

Solution

  • Come back and try again in a day or two. Something has changed with the link to your bank and it's going to take a bit of time to get things working smoothly again.


Error code 414

Reason

If your PC, laptop or iPad settings are blocking cookies from other websites, including Sage, this error can appear when you link your Sage service to your online banking service.

“We're sorry, we couldn't find any accounts for you at your bank. Please log into your internet banking and confirm that your account is set up, then try again (Error 414).”

Solution

  • You should allow cookies from other websites and then link to your online bank account again. For more information on how to allow cookies, please visit the relevant website depending on your Internet browser: SafariChromeMozilla FirefoxInternet Explorer. If you use any other Internet browser, please refer to your browser help system.


Error code 415

Reason

Your request cannot be completed due to technical difficulties at the site. The bank feed through Yodlee is unable to connect to your bank account. There can be a number of reasons for this, but it is generally temporary and resolved in a few days.

“Your request cannot be completed due to technical difficulties at your bank. Please try again later (Error 415).”

Solution

We recommend you try again the following day, but you can choose to refresh your feed sooner.


Error code 416

Reason

Your request cannot be completed as another session was already established at the same time.

“We attempted to update your account, but another banking session was already established at the same time.  Please log out of your internet banking website and Sage Accounting, before logging back into Sage Accounting and then try again (Error 416).”

This may be because:

  • Someone is already logged into your online banking service, for example in another web browser.
  • You have tried to refresh your feed while someone else is logged into your online banking website.
  • A refresh is already in progress.

Note:

Some online banking service providers may not consider you properly logged off if you have just closed the website browser.

Solution

  • You should log into your online banking website and ensure you have completely logged out of your service.
  • Sign out from your Sage Accounting service, log back in and retry your bank feed.


Error code 418

Reason

There are temporary bank feed issues. Retry at a later time.

“Your request cannot be completed due to technical difficulties at your bank. Please try again later (Error 418).”

Solution

Retry at a later time.


Error code 419

Reason

There were temporary bank feed issues. This issue is usually resolved within a few days.

“Your request cannot be completed due to technical difficulties at your bank. Please try again later (Error 419).”

Solution

Come back and try again in a day or two.  Something has changed with the link to your bank and it's going to take a bit of time to get things working smoothly again.
