Resolution
  1. Go to Banking then Transactions.
  2. Select Manage Bank Feeds and click Update Login Details.
  3. Re-enter your online banking credentials and click Update.
  4. Click Save.     

A pop-up blocker can cause the screen to fail when you need to enter your online banking login credentials.

Visit Google support for guidance.

 NOTE: If the issue persists, log in to your online banking and ensure that you accept and close any additional screens.
