            • SIC & SEZ Type defaults.
            • ETI Min Wage Applied.
            • ETI Actual Wage Calculated.
            • Min Monthly Wage & Rate per Hour.
            • ETI Qualifying Months (BF + current).
            • ETI Rate per Hour.
            • ETI Hours Calculated & Hours Total.
            • ETI Remuneration & Remuneration Applied.
            • ETI Reason field — confirm no disqualifying reasons such as:
              • AGE
              • ETINONQULEMP
              • MINWAGE
              • ETICAP
              • EMPBASICINFO
              • DATEJOIN
            • ETI Applied total for the current month.
