Description

Check that the company and rule details are correct before making changes. Complete mandatory fields, or it will affect compliance reports.

Update registered/trading name

  1. Go to Company Management, then click Company.
  2. Select the applicable company.
  3. Click Basic Information.
  4. Update the Trading name.

Update physical address

  1. Go to Company Management, then click Company.
  2. Select the applicable company.
  3. Click Basic Information, then click Detail then Addresses.
  4. Complete fields:
    • Street/Farm Name – Mandatory
    • Province, Postal Code, Country Code – Mandatory
    • Suburb/District or City/Town – One required

Update trade classification type

  1. Go to Company Management, click Company.
  2. Select the applicable company.
  3. Click Company Detail, then click Country Specific.
  4. Update Trade classification type.

Update tax registration number (PAYE)

  1. Go to Company Management, then click Company.
  2. Select the applicable company.
  3. Click Basic Information.
  4. Update Tax Registration Number.

Update UIF and SDL reference numbers

  1. Go to Company Management, then click Company Rule.
  2. Select the applicable rule.
  3. Click Tax.
  4. Update UIF and SDL reference number

Update tax certificate contact person

  1. Go to Company Management, then click Company.
  2. Select the applicable company.
  3. Click Country Specific.
  4. Update Tax Certificate contact person.

Update SIC code

  1. Go to Company Management, click Company Rule.
  2. Select the applicable rule.
  3. Click Tax.
  4. Update the SIC code.
