| Resolution | Update registered/trading name - Go to Company Management, then click Company.
- Select the applicable company.
- Click Basic Information.
- Update the Trading name.
Update physical address - Go to Company Management, then click Company.
- Select the applicable company.
- Click Basic Information, then click Detail then Addresses.
- Complete fields:
- Street/Farm Name – Mandatory
- Province, Postal Code, Country Code – Mandatory
- Suburb/District or City/Town – One required
Update trade classification type - Go to Company Management, click Company.
- Select the applicable company.
- Click Company Detail, then click Country Specific.
- Update Trade classification type.
Update tax registration number (PAYE) - Go to Company Management, then click Company.
- Select the applicable company.
- Click Basic Information.
- Update Tax Registration Number.
Update UIF and SDL reference numbers - Go to Company Management, then click Company Rule.
- Select the applicable rule.
- Click Tax.
- Update UIF and SDL reference number.
Update tax certificate contact person - Go to Company Management, then click Company.
- Select the applicable company.
- Click Country Specific.
- Update Tax Certificate contact person.
Update SIC code - Go to Company Management, click Company Rule.
- Select the applicable rule.
- Click Tax.
- Update the SIC code.
