You can confirm the version of Sage 300 People from the initial entry screen of the application. If you aren't on the latest version, you must download and install the update from the Sage Portal. 

Check the current version

1. Open Sage 300 People.
2. Look at the top of the initial entry screen to find the version number.

Update to the latest version

1. If the version is incorrect, go to the Sage Portal.
2. Download the latest version of Sage 300 People.
3. Refer to the guide on how to download a product update.
