1. Where can I find my REG ID or MBR number (registration ID)? Navigate to Administration > My Profile > My Details > it is the number next to Unique Support Reference
2. What do you mean by the administrator email address? This is the admin user or email address that the subscription belongs to.
3. I have paid online however my profile is inactive? Kindly email your proof of payment to [email protected] for allocation and activation.
4. Can I setup a recurring payment for my subscription? Yes you can, view our Sage Accounting Subscription: Setup Recurring Payments guide for details.
5. Can I get your banking details to make an EFT payment? Only annual subscriptions can be paid for via EFT. You can obtain a Bank Verification letter with the banking details. Monthly subscriptions will not be able to pay via EFT and must make payment via the in-app payment portal.
6. Can I get quote, bundle quote / proforma invoice for my renewal? Yes you can, reach out to our Renewals team on [email protected]
7. I have paid my renewal, please can I get my tax invoice? Yes you can, reach out to our Renewals team on [email protected]
8. Does Sage Accounting have a View-Only mode? Unfortunately not. Sage Accounting requires an active subscription in order to view and process.
