| | Setup recurring payments for your subscription |
| Resolution | - Go to Administration then My Account.
- Select Manage Subscriptions and Payments.
- Click Manage Recurring Payments.
- Select between credit card or debit order.
- For credit card, click Add Credit Card.
- Enter the details and click Submit
- For debit order, click Setup Debit order.
- Click continue on the message and enter the OTP you’ll receive via email or text
- Complete the mandate
