The weekly or bi-weekly payroll company need to roll over into the 1st week/bi -week of September, as employees need to be paid.

The update is not available as yet.

The company does claim ETI.

1. Make a backup of the live company, currently in September 2021
2. Retrieve the backup of the last week/period of August 2021
3. Select the option Replace Company in my live data with this backups data ( last option on retrieve function)
4. Update this company to release 5.7a
5. Re-Print the Detail EMP201 report for August 2021 after installing the update. The additional ETI relief values will reflect 
6. Do a Start of Period to September 2021
7. Export the August 2021 ETI values, periods and set. Interfaces > Import Data > Utility Imports >ETI take-on. 
8. Retrieve the September backup created in Step 1 and select option Replace Company in my live data with this backups data
9. Import the ETI values,periods and sets extracted in Step 7 with the Interfaces > Import Data > Utility Imports >ETI take-on.
