Resolving Runtime Error 91 in Pastel Payroll
Description
Clients get Runtime Error 91 when using Payroll. It happens for one of these reasons:

The server/workstation Regional Settings don’t match the Payroll requirements.

The company opts out of Employment Verification (EVS).
Check Regional Settings
Check that your system’s Regional Settings match the required Payroll configuration.
- Open Control Panel.
- Select Region or Regional Settings, depending on your Windows version.
- Confirm that the settings match the Payroll requirements.
- Adjust if necessary, then click OK.
Change the Regional Settings so they match the Payroll requirements.
Verify Employment Verification (EVS) Settings
If Regional Settings are correct, check EVS at the company level.
- Go to Set Up.
- Select Company Parameters.
- Click Company.
- Tick Employment Verification as required.
- Click OK to save changes.
