Cashbook Batch Listing Pre-Update Printout prints incorrectly

Sometime the Cashbook Batch Listing Pre-Update Printout will print as below.

Instead of printing this way.

The reason why the report prints this way is because it’s also printing columns which are printed when you use foreign currency as shown below.

If you are using Multi-Currency, click on Settings on Process Cash Books screen and deselect Multi-Currency as shown below.

If you do not use Multi-Currency refer to information below.

You need to delete the defaults and controls. Please refer to article How do I reset defaults and controls in app for steps on how delete defaults and controls.

If you still have same issue, you can overwrite the Foreign Currency file ACCFCURR.DAT. Please refer to article How do I overwrite any file for steps on how overwrite a file.
