Year end preparation: Run your financial reports before year end in Sage 50cloud Pastel

Run your financial reports in Sage 50cloud Pastel before year end so you can give them to your accountant or auditor.

Reports you need

Provide the following reports to your accountant or auditor:

• Trial Balance
• Income Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Customer Age Analysis
• Supplier Age Analysis
• Inventory Valuation

Run the Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet

1. From the main menu, select View, then General Ledger.
2. Select Financial Reports.
3. Select the report you need: Trial Balance, Income Statement, or Balance Sheet.
4. Set your filters to cover the entire financial year.
5. Select OK.

Run the Customer or Supplier Age Analysis

1. From the main menu, select View, then Customers or Suppliers.
2. Select Monthly Periodic, then Age Analysis.
3. Set your filters to cover the entire financial year.
4. Select OK.

Run the Inventory Valuation report

1. From the main menu, select View, then Inventory.
2. Select Inventory Valuation.
3. Set your filters to cover the entire financial year.
4. Choose your costing method: Average Cost or Last Cost.
5. Select OK.
