Year end preperation - Running financial reports

You need to print various finacial reports and provide these to your accountant or auditor. They will then submit these reports to the South African Revenue Service (SARS).

You will need to provide the following reports:

• Trial Balance
• Income Statement
• Balance sheet
• Customer and Supplier Age analysis
• Inventory Valuation

Financial Reports

1. Click View and then General Ledger.
2. Click Financial reports.
3. Select Trial Balance, Income statement or Balance sheet.
4. Select your filters.
5. Ensure you select the entire financial year.
6. Click OK.

Age Analysis Reports

1. Go to View and then Customer/Supplier.
2. Click Monthly Periodic and then Age Analysis.
3. Select the filters accordingly.
4. Ensure you select the entire financial year.
5. Select OK.

Inventory Valuation

1. Go to View and then Inventory.
2. Click Valuation report.
3. Select your filters accordingly.
4. You can choose either average cost or last cost.
5. Ensure you select the entire financial year.
6. Select OK.
