Summary

Learn the password requirements for your Sage account and how access control works in Sage Payroll Professional.

Resolution

When you create your Sage account or reset your password, you must create a new password.
Password requirements:
  • Your password must contain at least eight characters.
  • The system displays a message if your password does not meet the minimum requirements.

For extra security, you Sage account uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). 

User access

  • Super Users can access all features and functions in the application.
  • You can have more than one Super User.
  • Super Users can invite new users and assign permissions in the application.
  • Super Users can remove existing users when they no longer need access.
