You are printing the OID Report (Real Number 502) and the Directors do not appear appear on the report.
In order for the Directors to appear separately on the OID Report their Tax status must be flagged as either PAYE (Director), Temporary (Director) or Directive (Director).
CAUTION: The number of employees are also impacted by the OID periods on an employee. Click here for more information.
How do I check the employees Tax Status?
- From the Main Menu
- Select Employee
- Select Change Employee
- Select the Employee Code
- Click on the Statutory details tab
- Verify the Tax Status
NOTE: If changes are made to an employee's Tax status this may result in a PAYE recalculation. Please print the EMP201 report and the employee's payslip before and after the changes. This will assist with reconciling the employee's record if there was a recalculation.
