Entering your site code when calling Sage Customer Support
Description

When contacting Sage telephonically, you'll first select what assistance you need. You'll then enter your site code to talk to a product-specific expert.

Locate your site code

You'll find your site code (account number with Sage) on the following locations:

  • Top right of your Company Listing screen 
  • Your invoices or statements from Sage

Contacting Sage telephonically

  1. When you call Sage, you'll receive a series of options to select.
  2. Listen carefully to those and select your ‘destination’ accordingly.  
  3. Enter your site code or customer number.

NOTE:

Site code numbers include alphabet letters. Replace the letter with the corresponding number on your keypad.

In cases where your site code includes a letter of the alphabet, use the corresponding number related to that letter: 
  • Not applicable = 1
  • A, B, C = 2
  • D, E, F = 3
  • G, H, I  = 4
  • J, K, L = 5
  • M, N, O = 6
  • P, Q, R, S = 7
  • T, U, V = 8
  • W, X, Y, Z = 9

EXAMPLE:

If your site code is W12345, replace the W with the number 9. Enter 912345 on your keypad.
