Locate your site code You'll find your site code (account number with Sage) on the following locations: - Top right of your Company Listing screen
- Your invoices or statements from Sage
Contacting Sage telephonically - When you call Sage, you'll receive a series of options to select.
- Listen carefully to those and select your ‘destination’ accordingly.
- Enter your site code or customer number.
NOTE: Account numbers include alphabet letters. Replace the letter with the corresponding number on your keypad. For example, if your Site Code is WJ123 – replace the letter W with the number 9, and the letter J with the number 5. In cases where your site code includes a letter of the alphabet, use the corresponding number related to that letter: - Not applicable = 1
- A, B, C = 2
- D, E, F = 3
- G, H, I = 4
- J, K, L = 5
- M, N, O = 6
- P, Q, R, S = 7
- T, U, V = 8
- W, X, Y, Z = 9
