Description
Sage bank feeds allows you to connect to your bank accounts and to have the system automatically download any new transactions into Sage Accounting.
We'll advise how to check for these transactions and what to do if the feed isn't working.
Resolution
Checking for new transactions
- Go to Banking then Transactions.
- Click Banking.
- Select the bank account and check the New Transactions tab.
- You’ll see all the newly imported transactions
New Transactions aren't downloading
- Re-authenticate your bank account details every 90 days.
- For details steps, view the article Reauthorisation of bank account credentials.
- Check if you’re able to log in to your internet banking.
- If you can, then check that the transactions aren't in a pending state
- If you can't, call your bank to enquire if the issue is with the website
- Check your synchronisation.
Checking your synchronisation setup
- Go to Banking then Transactions.
- Click Manage Bank Feeds.
- Under Refresh Bank Feeds, check if you set the feeds to manual or automatic.
- Manual will require you to refresh yourself once logged in
- Automatic will refresh the feeds on login
