e@syFile error: "If Monthly calculated ETI (7004) is greater than zero, then Wage Paid (7008) '0.00' must be greater than zero for ETI Month XX"

Cause

The employee qualified for ETI, based on the the qualifying criteria.

In the case of this error, the employees ETI Minimum Wage and ETI Actual Wage were both 0.00 for the specific period mentioned on the import error. ETI can calculate if the Actual Wage is equal and more than the Minimum Wage (in this case 0.00 = 0.00)

This is usually seen when the ETI setup was incorrect, e.g. the Wage Codes were not setup correctly, or the setup pointed to an incorrect field to display the Actual Wage.

Resolution

You must correct both the ETI Minimum Wage and ETI Actual Wage for the specific month mentioned in the error, by using the ETI Take-on utility.
