Generate a renewal licence code

Summary

How to generate a new renewal code on the Sage Portal for Sage VIP Classic or Sage VIP Premier. The licence code indicates the current registration date, number of active employees and system modules.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Sage Portal.
  2. Log in with you access credentials.
  3. Click Sign in.
  4. Go to My Account, then choose Account Management.
  5. Click Payroll Licence Renewal.
  6. Review the modules and email address.
  7. Tick Email Licence Code? to send the latest code.
  8. Click Generate Licence Code.
  9. Open your payroll application and update the new renewal code.
