You can only generate Bi-Annual files from September to February. Complete all changes in August, as it's the final editable period.

NOTE:

The certificates will only be available to download once SARS has opened for submissions.

1. 1. Clear your exception report in August.

   • Finalise August payroll run.

2. 2. Process the payslips for August

   • Finalise August payroll run.

3. 3. Print your monthly reports.

   • Monthly reports

4. 4. Create final August backup.

   • Make a backup

5. 5. Roll over into the September period.

   • Pay period update

CAUTION:

We don’t have access to eFiling, so we can’t assist with importing via eFiling. Our support is to SARS e@syFile, up to the point a successful import of the tax file.
