How to get help from our digital assistant for Sage VIP Classic and Sage VIP Premier.

Resolution

  1. Access your payroll application.
  2. Open a company on the Company Listing screen.
  3. On the Main Menu, click Chat to start asking questions.
    The Chat button is available on the company Main Menu.

Our digital assistant will assist and provide answers. If unable to assist you, the digital assistant will hand you over to the Customer support team.
