Have a short, simple payroll query which needs a quick answer?

There is no need to wait in a telephone support queue, when you can chat online with a support consultant for those short, simple queries.

Resolution

  • Go to https://portal.sage.co.za/ in your browser or by clicking on the Customer Zone button on the Company Listing screen of you payroll application Image
  • Log into the Sage Portal with you Site Code, registered email address, and password. If you do not have a password 

NOTE: If you do not have a password yet or forgot your password, click here for steps to reset your password. 

  • From the menu options, select Support
  • Click on Sage Live Chat
  • Select the Department "Sage VIP Classic and Premier"

NOTE: This support feature is ideal for simple, short questions and queries. If your query is more complex in nature, requires any kind of reconciliation, report amendments or is too difficult to explain over Instant Chat, we will refer you to one of our other support channels.
