Reset your password: - Go to https://portal.sage.co.za/shp/.
- Select Reset Password.
 - Enter your Site Code (your Sage account number).
- Enter your email address registered with Sage.
- Select Submit.
 NOTE: If your Site Code and/or email is incorrect or not registered with Sage, you’ll see the notification below:  Check your email: - Open the email sent to your registered address.
- If the email is in your Junk or Spam folder, move it to your Inbox.
- Select the link in the email to reset your password.
- Create a new password and confirm it.
Once completed, return to the Sage Portal and sign in using your Site Code, email address, and new password. TIP: If you didn’t receive an email with a link to reset your password, click here for more information. |
