Reset the password for the Sage Portal
Description

The Sage Portal is a centralised online platform designed to help Sage customers manage their accounts, access support, and stay informed.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to the Sage Portal.
  2. Select Reset Password.
  3. Enter your Site Code (your Sage account number).
  4. Enter your email address registered with Sage.
  5. Select Submit.
    Reset password screen, user to enter details.

    An onscreen message indicates if you've entered an incorrect Site code or email address.
    Onscreen message when details are incorrect or not registered.
  6. Open your email application.
  7. Open the email received from the Sage Portal.
    If the email is in your Junk or Spam folder, move it to your Inbox.
  8. Click Reset Password link in the email to reset your password.
  9. Create a new password and confirm it.
  10. Click Submit.

Once you've completed these steps, return to the Sage Portal. Sign in using your new password.
