Reset your password - Go to the Sage Portal.
- Select Reset Password.
 - Enter your Site Code (your Sage account number).
- Enter your email address registered with Sage.
- Select Submit.
 NOTE: If your Site Code and/or email is incorrect or not registered with Sage, you’ll see the notification below:  Check your email - Open the email sent to your registered address.
- If the email is in your Junk or Spam folder, move it to your Inbox.
- Select the link in the email to reset your password.
- Create a new password and confirm it.
