Summary

How to get help from our digital assistant for Sage VIP Classic and Sage VIP Premier.

Resolution

To access chat support:

  1. Access your payroll application.
  2. Open a company from the Company Listing screen.
  3. From the Main Menu, select Chat to start asking questions.
    The Chat button is available on the company Main Menu.

TIP:

As an alternative, you can access chat support from the Knowledgebase and Community Hub Year End Centre.

Our digital assistant will assist and provide answers. If unable to assist you, the digital assistant will hand you over to the Customer support team.
