Live Chat allows you to interact with Sage if you have a short, simple inquiry that needs a quick answer.

Resolution

  1. Access your payroll application.
  2. From the Company Listing screen, click the Customer Portal icon.

  1. Alternatively, you can go to the Sage Portal through your browser. 
  2.  Log in to the Sage Portal with your site code, registered email address, and password.

NOTE:

If you don’t have a password or forgot your password, you can reset it: How to reset my password on the Sage Portal.

  1. Click the Chat icon

  1. Select the specific team you want to talk to, then click Continue:
    • Finance
    • Sage VIP Classic/Premier Payroll Support
  2. Enter your name, subject of your query, account number (Site Code), and email address.
  3. Click Start Chat to connect to a support consultant.
