Where to locate and generate authorisation letters on Sage VIP Classic or Sage VIP Premier. Submit the letter for Sage Customer Support to help you with specific functions or features.
The following Support Authorisation letters are available on the Support Help screen:
- Date Change Letter - complete if you need Sage Support to help with any date change
- VIPSD Letter - Complete this letter if you're unable to access the system or activate features
- Change Company Status - Complete if you need assistance changing the company status to Live
- Delete Company - Complete if you're unable to remove a company from the list
- ODBC Access - Complete if you're unable to access the ODBC Configuration
- Access your payroll system.
- From the Company Listing Screen, select Sup Help on the menu.
- Locate the Support Authorisation Letter section on the Support Help screen.
- Choose the required letter from the dropdown list.
- Click Support Letter.
The required letter downloads for you to complete.
Once completed, submit your request to Sage Customer Support. A consultant will contact you to help with your request.
