ERROR: 'Runtime error 372'

The VSview and VSprint ocx files are either missing or corrupted.

1. Hold the Windows Key+E on your keyboard to launch the File Explorer.
2. Select This PC and your local disk drive (Normally C:).
3. In the top right-hand corner, type vsprint and Search.
   
4. Select the files named vsprint8.ocx and delete them.
5. Search for vsview and delete all vsview files you find.
6. If you find no vsview files, continue.
7. You'll need to run a repair on Sage 50cloud Pastel.
8. If the PC is the server, move the companies from the old folder to the new folder.
9. Go to the Pastel/Xpress.old folder and select the companies, then click Copy.
10. Now go to the new Pastel/Xpressxx folder and right-click and select Paste. 
11. If you use Payroll, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall it.
