How to solve runtime error 372 when running reports Sage 50cloud Pastel.
The VSview and VSprint ocx files are either missing or corrupted.
- Hold the Windows Key+E on your keyboard to launch the File Explorer.
- Select This PC and your local disk drive (Normally C:).
- In the top right-hand corner, type vsprint and Search.

- Select the files named vsprint8.ocx and delete them.
- Search for vsview and delete all vsview files you find.
- If you find no vsview files, continue.
- You'll need to run a repair on Sage 50cloud Pastel.
- If the PC is the server, move the companies from the old folder to the new folder.
- Go to the Pastel/Xpress.old folder and select the companies, then click Copy.
- Now go to the new Pastel/Xpressxx folder and right-click and select Paste.
- If you use Payroll, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall it.
