| | How to run a repair installation |
| Resolution | Rename your existing installation folder - Press Windows key + E to open File Explorer.
- Go to Local Disk (C:).
- Right-click the PastelXX or XpressXX folder.
- Select Rename and change the name to PastelXX.old or XpressXX.old.
XX represents your version number. EXAMPLE: Pastel19 or Xpress19. Run the repair installation - Locate your installation file and double-click it to start the wizard.
- If needed, download the installation file from .
- Click Next, then select Repair.
- Click Next, then Install.
- When the repair completes, click Finish.
- Restart your computer to apply changes.
