How to run a repair installation

Rename your existing installation folder

  1. Press Windows key + E to open File Explorer.
  2. Go to Local Disk (C:).
  3. Right-click the PastelXX or XpressXX folder.
  4. Select Rename and change the name to PastelXX.old or XpressXX.old.
    XX represents your version number.

EXAMPLE:

Pastel19 or Xpress19.

 


Run the repair installation

  1. Locate your installation file and double-click it to start the wizard.
  2. If needed, download the installation file from Sage Pastel Updates.
  3. Click Next, then select Repair.
  4. Click Next, then Install.
  5. When the repair completes, click Finish.
  6. Restart your computer to apply changes.
