Slow Performance on Sage Accounting and Fair Usage Limits
Description

Resolution

If you find that the system is slow when trying to do your day-to-day processes or you are having difficulty with logging in, please try the following:

  1. Run a speed test on your Internet connection – The recommended minimum download speed is 1 megabyte per second. 

  2. Make sure there are no technical difficulties with your Internet service provider.


If there are no issues with your Internet service, try the following:

  1. Clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies - Check out the article how to clear your cache and cookies

  2. Use a different browser or a different device and see if the issue remains. If you have a Wife Internet connection try and reboot your router. 

  3. Login using incognito mode(Goggle Chrome)

  4. Use an alternate network connection.
