Resolution

Checking internet speed

  1. In your internet browser, open a new window.
  2. Search speed test and select the one you want to use.
  3. Run the speed test and check the download speed.
    • The recommended minimum download speed is 1 megabyte per second

Internet browser options

  1. Clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies.
  2. Use a different browser or use incognito mode.
  3. On your computer, open Chrome.
  4. At the top right, select More and click New Incognito window.
    • A new window opens
    • On the right of the address bar, you'll find the Incognito icon

Users will experience performance issues especially regarding reporting when the companies exceed the limitations.
