If you find that the system is slow when trying to do your day-to-day processes or you are having difficulty with logging in, please try the following:
- Run a speed test on your Internet connection – The recommended minimum download speed is 1 megabyte per second.
- Make sure there are no technical difficulties with your Internet service provider.
If there are no issues with your Internet service, try the following: - Clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies - Check out the article how to clear your cache and cookies
- Use a different browser or a different device and see if the issue remains. If you have a Wife Internet connection try and reboot your router.
- Login using incognito mode(Goggle Chrome)
- Use an alternate network connection.
If it is a general issue, updates will be posted on the Sage Status and Community Hub pages.
Note: The speed of processing can also be affected by the amount of data in your company. Our Fair Usage Limits below provide some context around this.
