How to clear your internet browser cache and history when using Sage Accounting.
Description
We advise you to delete your internet browser cache and history when you're having issues logging in or processing.
TIP: Log into Sage Accounting using another browser. You can also try incognito mode.
Resolution
Google Chrome
- On your computer, hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete or if you use Mac, hold Command + Shift + Delete.
- Select All Time in the drop down Time Range box.
- Select all the tick boxes and click Delete data.
- Restart your browser and log in again.
Microsoft Edge
- Hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
- Select All Time in the drop down Time range box.
- Select all the tick boxes and click Clear.
- Restart your browser and log in again.
Safari
- Click Safari in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Click Preferences and select the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data and click Remove All.
- Click Remove Now.
- Restart your browser and log in again.
Mozilla Firefox
- On your computer, hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete or if you use Mac, hold Command + Shift + Delete.
- Select Everything in the When drop down box.
- Select all the tick boxes and click Clear.
- Restart your browser and log in again.
