| Description | The error message appears when you attempt to access an employee record. You’re unable to access the employee to process or make any changes. |
| Cause | The message appears due to one of the following reasons: - Another user is currently working on the same employee record you're trying to access
- The system closed unexpectedly and the system still sees the employee's record is in use

| Resolution | - Ask the other user to save and close the employee record properly.
- Ensure users close the company in the application, not just the browser.
- If the record remains locked, a Super User can use the Resetting users function to unlock it.
