This report prints all the information complete the monthly statutory return for the South African Revenue Services (SARS).

This includes: 

• Pay-as-you-earn (PAYE)
• Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) contributions
• Skills Development Levies (SDL) 
• Employment Tax Incentive (ETI)

Submit your EMP201 declaration on SARS eFiling.

Access the EMP201 report

1. From the Main Menu, select Reports.
2. Choose Reports and Maintenance.
3. Select EMP 201.

 TIP: Find the report on Reports Menu 1 - 100 (Real Number 608). 

Select the Output Selections

1. Choose export format option: 
   • PDF File
   • ASCII file
   • View on Screen
2. Complete PDF setting to email report (optional).
3. Click Continue.

Select the Report Options

1. Choose the Nature of Report:
   • Detail Report (print the details per employee)
   • Summary Report (summary of totals only)
2. Choose which details to print:
   • Current Month Remuneration Values
   • Year-to-date Deduction Values
3. Click Continue.

Print the report

1. The report preview appears
2. Select to print or download the report
3. Click Finish to return to the Reports and Maintenance menu.
