This report prints all the information complete the monthly statutory return for the South African Revenue Services (SARS).

This includes: 

• Pay-as-you-earn (PAYE)
• Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) contributions
• Skills Development Levies (SDL) 
• Employment Tax Incentive (ETI)

Submit your EMP201 declaration on SARS eFiling.

1. Access your South African company from the Company Listing screen.
2. From the Main Screen, select Reports, then select Reports and Maintenance.
3. Select EMP 201, then click Print.
   The Real Number for this report is 608, available on Reports Menu 1 - 100.
   As an alternative, double-click on the report.
4. Choose export format option: 
   • PDF File
   • ASCII file
   • View on Screen
5. Complete PDF setting to email report (optional).
6. Click Continue.
7. Choose the Nature of Report:
   • Detail Report (print the details per employee)
   • Summary Report (summary of totals only)
8. Choose which details to print:
   • Current Month Remuneration Values
   • Year-to-date Deduction Values
9. Click Continue.
10. The report preview appears with the option to print or download the report.
11. Click Finish to return to the Reports and Maintenance menu.
