Reports: How do I print a consolidated report for multiple companies?
Description

If you have allocated your companies to different groups using the Company Grouping feature, you will be able to print consolidated reports for groups of companies. 

The information for all the companies in the group is consolidated in a single report.

One report will be printed with combined totals for all the companies in the selected group.

Step 1

Ensure the correct companies are included in the grouping:

Access the Reports and Maintenance menu

  • From the Main Menu:
    • Select Reports
    • Select Reports and Maintenance

Step 3 

Locate and select the report to print

  • When you have located the report, click on it once to select the report

Step 4

Print the report

  • Click on 
  • Select a Group to Consolidate 
  • Follow the onscreen report selections
  • The following message will appear - select Yes to view the Audit Report, or No to continue generating the report:

  • The Audit report will indicate which companies are included in the grouping
  • If errors were found, the Audit Report will automatically print with the specific details
  • The report will generate in the selected format

NOTE: One report will be printed with combined totals for all the companies in the selected group.
