The system automatically creates a copy off your company as at year-end when you select Start New Period to a new tax year. We follow this process for all tax countries.

You'll use this instance to generate year-end reports and tax certificates. It remains accessible as a separate instance, allowing you to extract data at any time.

1. From your current tax year, select Start New Period into the new tax year.
2. The system automatically creates a tax year-end instance for the previous tax year.
