This report prints all the information complete the monthly statutory return for the South African Revenue Services (SARS).

This includes: 

• Pay-as-you-earn (PAYE) tax
• Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) contributions
• Skills Development Levies (SDL) 
• Employment Tax Incentive (ETI)

Submit your EMP201 declaration on SARS eFiling.

1. Access your South African company from the Company Listing screen.
2. From the Main Menu, go to Reports, then select.
3. Choose Reports and Maintenance.
4. Select EMP 201 and click Print.
   The Real Number fir this report is 608, available on Reports Menu 1 - 100.
5. Choose the export format option: 
   • PDF File
   • ASCII file
   • View on Screen
6. Complete PDF setting to email report (PDF file option only).
7. Click Yes.
8. Click Continue.
9. Choose the Nature of Report:
   • Detail Report (print the details per employee)
   • Summary Report (summary of totals only)
10. Choose which details to print:
    • Current Month Remuneration Values
    • Year-to-date Deduction Values
11. Click Continue to generate report and return to Report Menu.
12. Click Close to return to the Main Menu.
