How to I print a separate payslip
Description

Separate payslips allows for the setup and printing of multiple payslips in one pay period.

Cause
Resolution

1. Set up 'Separate Payslips' in your company.

 NOTE: We recommend that you contact your Business Partner to assist and train you on this feature.  

2. Print the payslips.

  • You can print separate payslips on all payslip options
  • Refer to the guides below to print the different payslips:
    • Payslip Print (User-defined payslip)
    • New Payslip Print - Standard Payslip
    • New Payslip Print - Secure Standard Payslip
    • New Payslip Print - Payslip with Hours and Balances
    • New Payslip Print - Secure with Hours and Balances
    • New Payslip Print - Payslip with Hours and Balances
    • New Payslip Print - Two Payslips per page
    • New Payslip Print - Loan Payslip
  • During the print process, you have an extra selection to choose the payslip you want to print:
    • Payslip Print:

    • New Payslip print options:

  • Select the payslip and click Continue
  • The amounts on the payslip split according to your setup
  • The values save to the separate payslip
