Quick Checks:
- The Sage 50c Pastel Accounting Software must be installed
- Ensure you have mapped a drive to the Pastelxx/XpressXX folder on the Server (Where xx represents the version of pastel you are running i.e. Pastel19/Xpress19). Click here on how to map network drive.
NOTE: Ensure you install and register the Server machine before installing and registering your Workstation.
How to Register your Sage 50cloud Pastel Accounting Software
- Select Help / Register your package
- The ‘Welcome to Pastel’ screen will display
- Select Workstation Registration
- Where Pastel Server PC Path is indicated, select the magnifying glass
- In the first box select the drop down menu and select the mapped drive
- In the large second box double click the Custom folder
- Double click the Registration folder
- Select OK
- The mapped drive location will show in the Pastel Server PC Path box
- Select Next
- The Summary will confirm your registration details
- Select Next
- Select Finish
- Close and re-open your software for the registration settings to take effect
