• Ensure you have installed Sage 50cloud Pastel as per your invoice
  • Partner or Xpress
• Ensure you've mapped a drive to the Pastelxx/XpressXX folder on the Server
  • Where xx represents the version of pastel you're running
  • Example: Pastel19/Xpress19
  • Refer to the article Mapping a network drive

NOTE: Ensure you install and register the Server machine before installing and registering your Workstation.

1. Go to Help then Register your package.
2. Click Next and select Workstation Registration.
3. Click the magnifying glass by Pastel Server PC Path.
   
4. In the top box, drive you mapped to the server.
5. In the bigger box, double click Custom then Registration.
6. Click OK.
   
7. Click Next and view the summary.
8. Click Next then Finish.
9. Close and re-open Sage 50cloud Pastel.
