| Running data integrity - post year end |
Description | You run the Data Integrity, after the year end to ensure your account balances moved over correctly. |
Resolution | - Go to File then Data Integrity.
- Click Next and select Verify the Data Only.
- Click Process.
- If there are errors, you’ll receive an error report
- If there are no errors, click Close
Error report received - Restore the backup you made before running the year end.
- Go to File then Data Integrity.
- Click Next and select Verify the Data Only.
- Click Process.
No errors - Run the year end again.
- Go to File then Data Integrity.
- Click Next and select Verify the Data Only.
- Click Process.
