Running data integrity - post year end
Description

You run the Data Integrity, after the year end to ensure your account balances moved over correctly.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to File then Data Integrity.
  2. Click Next and select Verify the Data Only.
  3. Click Process.
    • If there are errors, you’ll receive an error report
    • If there are no errors, click Close

Error report received

  1. Restore the backup you made before running the year end.
  2. Go to File then Data Integrity.
  3. Click Next and select Verify the Data Only.
  4. Click Process.

No errors

  1. Run the year end again.
  2. Go to File then Data Integrity.
  3. Click Next and select Verify the Data Only.
  4. Click Process.
