You'll see this issue when: - You've run the year end more than once
- You've enabled the 13th period but haven't selected Use Last Period as First Period
Check your financial periods - From the main menu, select Setup, then Periods.
- Check the Start and End dates. They must show the new financial periods and year.
- Select OK.
If the dates are correct, you're done. Continue with your other post-year-end tasks. If the dates are incorrect: - Restoring the pre-year end backup
- Reviewing the 13th period setting and the Use Last Period as First Period option
- Re-running the year end
