Summary

FAQ on Sage Account and Sage ID.

1. Why did I need to create a new Sage ID or username?

Sage is introducing a unified log in to model. This change lets you sign in with one set of credentials for multiple Sage products instead of managing separate logins.

2. Has the way I sign in to Sage changed?

Yes. Some customers now see an updated log in to flow as we roll out Sage ID.
The goals are to:
  1. Provide a consistent log in to experience
  2. Improve account security
  3. Simplify access across multiple Sage products

3. Why did no one tell me about these changes beforehand?

We sent customer updates and plan to send another update soon to keep you informed.

Sage makes changes based on feedback, security, regulations, platform plans, and product improvements.
Your feedback stays a key input in every decision we make.
