Summary

How to sign in using 2-factor authentication in Sage Self Service.

Resolution

  1. Enter your username and password, then select sign in on Sage Self Service.
  2. Check the verification screen to see where you’ll receive the code.
  3. Check your registered email inbox first.

    TIP:

    If no email is on record, we send the code by text instead.

  4. Enter the code, then select Verify.
Code rules:
  • Each code is valid for 10 minutes. After that, select Resend New Code
  • Submitting without a code or with the wrong code shows an error
  • After one incorrect code, wait three seconds before retrying
  • After three wrong tries, wait three minutes
  • The code stays valid for five days on the same device and account. New users or devices need a new code
