How to link your payroll companies with your Sage account on Pastel Payroll.

Description

To remain connected to the Sage Network, you'll need to link your payroll companies with your Sage account. This process needs to be renewed annually.

Resolution

  1. Launch your payroll application from your desktop icon.
  2. Log in to your payroll company:
    • The onscreen message appears if you haven't linked our company
    • When you click Get started, the Sage login template populates prompting a login.

  1. The Sage account login page opens and allows you to enter your Sage account email address:

  1.  Click Continue.

NOTE:

If you don't have a Sage account, you'll be able to create one using your email address.

  1. Enter your password and click Continue.
  2. Log in to your payroll company and continue processing.
