Import tax numbers

The article provides a guideline to import tax numbers into Sage Payroll.

Go to More and click Data Take On.
Select Create Template.
Under Information Type Selection, choose Employee Details.
Select Fields.

TIP:

From Available Fields, move Income Tax Number (Employment Details) to Selected Fields.
Click Create File and save the file in Excel format (.xlsx).
Enter your details into the template.

NOTE:

The Employee Code must match the existing employee. Don't change the column headings or format.
Go back to Data Take On.
Select Import Data and click Employee Details.
Upload the completed template and Import File.
