Connecting to Standard Bank Feeds

Standard Bank is upgrading its connection to the latest banking platform, Online Banking for Business. If you already have a Standard Bank feed connected, this will affect your current setup. When you set up a new feed, it will impact which option you choose.

Which bank feed can you use?

Before setting up the bank feed, determine which method is available to you based on your Standard Bank account type and access.

Business Banking Customers

New Standard Bank Platform:

• Use Direct Feed if you own the account and have a digital profile

• If you don’t meet the criteria, use Standard Bank – Online Banking for Business (New)
  
  
• The new Standard Bank platform doesn't support credit cards or investment accounts
  
  
• To import transactions, manually upload a file. See the Manual Import Guide for help
  

Legacy Standard Bank Platform:

• If you’re on the existing Standard Bank platform, continue using your current feed
  
  
• To connect a new feed, use the Direct Bank Feed if you're eligible. If not, select the Standard Bank option (via Yodlee)

Standard Bank is migrating some customers to a new Online Banking for Business platform. Contact your banker if you have any questions about it.

After you've moved to the Online Banking for Business, reconnect using the options above.

Personal Banking Platform:

• Use the Direct Feed if you meet Standard Bank’s criteria DigiME guide

   

   

• If you don’t have DigiME ot use a Credit Card choose Standard Bank (Yodlee)
