Description

The error messages display onscreen when you print the Service Certificate report under Contemporary Reports. The error references a file location of a bitmap file as in the example below:

Cause

The issue is related to the migration process. The payslip or report logo is missing and you need to re-upload the file.

Resolution

Upload and link to the logo for reports and payslips

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Company.
  2. Select Miscellaneous.
  3. Click Miscellaneous tab 3.
  4. Locate the Company Logo/Watermark section.
  5. Click Browse next to Logo File Name.
  6. Go to the bitmap logo file on your computer.
  7. Click Open.

 NOTE: The logo file format must be bitmap (.BMP). Sizes for best results: 100x100 (square logo) or 154x46 (rectangle logo).   

Select display location of the logo on report or payslips

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Company.
  2. Select Miscellaneous.
  3. Click Miscellaneous tab 5.
  4. Tick Insert Logo.
  5. Select for logo to display on the left or right side of the document.
