How to see the details of your linked accredited Business Partner on the Sage Portal. It applies to customers using Sage VIP, Sage 300 People, Sage Payroll Professional, and Sage Payroll Advanced.

Description

Business Partner provides you with support and consultation services related to your payroll application. If you need any assistance, you can access their information on the Sage Portal. 

Resolution

Access account management

  1. Log in to the Sage Portal.
  2. Select My Account from the main menu.
  3. Choose Account Management.

View your Business Partner information

  1. Go to the Business Partner Information tab.
  2. View the details of your linked partner who provides first-line support including:
    • Contact telephone number
    • Support email address
    • Website
