    • Visit the Sage Customer Portal website.
    • Log in with your credentials (Site Code, email address and password).
    • Click the Chat icon.

Log a query on the Sage Customer Portal:

  1. Go to the Sage Customer Portal website.
  2. Log in with your credentials (Site Code, email address and password).
  3. Click Support, then Log a Query.
  4. Complete the webform and click submit to send the details to the Customer Support team.
