How to contact the Sage Customer Support team for Sage VIP Classic and Sage VIP Premier. It includes options for live chat and online query submission.

Description

If you need assistance with Sage VIP Classic or Sage VIP Premier, there are different ways to get in touch with our Customer Support team.

Our Sage experts are available during the following times:

  • Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm
  • Friday, 8am to 4pm

Times shown are in South African Standard Time (SAST, UTC+2).

We’re closed on South African public holidays.

  • Live Chat on the Sage Customer Portal:
    • Visit the Sage Customer Portal website.
    • Log in with your credentials (Site Code, email address and password).
    • Click the Chat icon.

    • Enter your details and start chatting with a support representative.

  1. Go to the Sage Portal website.
  2. Log in with your credentials.
  3. Click the Chat icon.
  4. Select the Department. 
  5. Click the Sage Assistant icon to ask your questions.

Log a query per webform 

Log a query on the Sage Portal

  1. Go to the Sage Portal website.
  2. Log in with your credentials.
  3. From the menu options, go to Support, then Log a Query.
  4. Complete the webform with your details.
  5. Click Submit to send the details to the Customer Support team.
  6. You'll receive a reference number per email.

  1. Open the following link: Log a Sage request.
  2. Complete the webform with your details.
  3. Click Submit to send the details to the Customer Support team.
  4. You'll receive a reference number per email.

CAUTION:

Use the correct Site Code when submitting your query to link to your Sage Portal profile.
