How to process the Data Integrity to ensure there are no errors within your dataset in Sage 50cloud Pastel.
NOTE: You can't process your year end if you have any data integrity errors.
- Go to File then select Data Integrity.
- Click Next, then select Verify the Data Only.
- Click Process.
If there are any errors, an error report appears.
Error: Missing accounts
- Open Sage 50cloud Pastel and log in to the relevant company.
- Create the missing accounts then run the Data Integrity again as above.
CAUTION: For all Data Integrity errors other than missing accounts, you must log a ticket with support.
