This article discusses how to view and track progress and history (all actions) on your support tickets/incidents as logged with Sage Support.
Apply the following steps to achieve the above outcome:
1. Open the Sage Accounting Portal by opening the following link:
https://portal.sage.co.za/accounting
2. Enter your Sage Customer Number and login password and click the Sign in button.

3. On the landing page, go to Support | View All My Queries.

4. Set up the various search filters on the fields below and click the Search button.

5. Find and open the specific support ticket by clicking the relevant Reference number value below.

6. Here you can review the support ticket’s full history (all actions) and check its progress.

7. Also note that you can log new actions and messages/correspondence on the support ticket by clicking the Log Action button and continuing from there.
