A. Delete Registry Editor Key
Delete the local agent’s Registry Editor Key folder on the local PC.
If working in a RDP environment, find the relevant agent folder in the Registry Editor, and do the same.

Request assistance of your local IT technician to do the following:
Add Full Control (full Read and Write) permissions for the relevant user mentioned in the above error (e.g., Garth (in this case), on the Security tab of the Users folder's Properties screen.
